Obituary
ZULA GUFFEY was born January 7, 1909 and departed this life November 12, 2006 reaching the age of 97 years. She was the daughter of the late Marion Mikel and Ada Higginbotham Mikel.
She was united in marriage to John Carl Guffey and to this union seven children were born.
She is survived by two sons, Clifford and James Guffey both of Indiana; three daughters, Virginia Wiggington, Wilma Day, and Barbara Glover all of Indiana; one sister, Alice Neal of Indiana; and 17 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Ada Mikel; her husband John Guffey; two children, Betty Sue Guffey and Wanda Mae Garner; three brothers, Bill, Clarence, and Roy Mikel; one sister, Laura West; and 2 great grandchildren.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Tuesday, November 14th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Wednesday, November 15th at 1 pm
Interment: Cabell Grove Cemetery
