WILMA FITZGERALD BLEVINS was born March 13, 1923 and departed this life November 2, 2005 reaching the age of 82 years. She was the daughter of the late Lonal Fitzgerald and Pansy Scroggins Fitzgerald.
She was united in marriage to George Blevins and to this union six children were born.
She is survived by three sons, Alvin Kay Blevins and Harold Glen Blevins both of Sunnybrook, and James "Jim" Earl (Jane) Blevins of Monticello; three daughters, Linda (Larry, Sr.) Pryor of Monticello, Judy (Danny) Neal of Windy, and Mary (Ray) Neal of Albany; ten grandchildren, Russell Pryor, Lisa (Jeff) Bolton, Robbie Pittman, Rodney Blevins, Christina (Ronnie) Antle, Paul Blevins, Scott Blevins, Barbara Sue Neal, Stacy (Waylon) Piercy and Brian (Tasha) Neal; and seven great grandchildren, Austin, Alyssa, Ethan, Allison, Katie, Caleb and Destinee.
She is also survived by one brother, Delmar Fitzgerald; one sister, Myrtle Edwards; and two sister-in-laws, Jean and Lela Blevins; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by husband, George Blevins; her parents, Lonal and Pansy Fitzgerald; and two brothers, Dexter and Bill Fitzgerald.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Friday, November 4 after 5 pm and Saturday, November 5 after 8 am
Funeral Service: Saturday, November 5 at 10 am
Interment: Pleasant Hill Cemetery
