William "Todd" Brown was born November 4, 1963 and departed this life Thursday, April 1, 2010 reaching the age of 46 years. He was the son of Fred Norman and JoAnne (Perkins) Brown.
He is survived by: 1 son, Joshua Brown of Albany, KY; 1 daughter, Jessica Shearer of Monticello, KY; 2 grandchildren, Hayden and Kinsley Shearer. He is also survived by: his parents, Fred Norman and JoAnne Brown; and 1 sister, Tammy Laws; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
