William Todd Koontz was born May 4, 1966, and departed this life Wednesday, July 17, 2024, reaching the age of 58 years. He was the son of Bill and Jeanita (Ragan) Koontz.

In addition to his parents, Bill and Jeanita Koontz, he is survived by: one son, Robert Koontz; one brother, Mark Koontz; and two grandchildren, Sophia and Robby Koontz; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

Todd was a member of and attended Shearer Valley Church of Christ.

He was a U. S. Navy veteran, who served his country proudly.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 22, 2024, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.  Military honors will be provided by our local DAV Chapter 105.
