William "Joseph" Fredrick Hicks was born January 18, 1987 and departed this life Wednesday, March 30, 2016 reaching the age of 29 years. He was the son of Joe and Denise (Dick) Hicks.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: his siblings, Cody and Heather Hicks; his paternal grandparents, Fred and Hazel Hicks; maternal grandfather and step grandmother, Bill & Lynn Dick; his aunt, Suzette Whelan; and cousins, John and Matthew Whelan; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Brenda Dick.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 1:30pm – 2pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 2pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
