Willard "Keith" Spencer was born June 10, 1956 and departed this life Sunday, August 12, 2012 reaching the age of 56. He was the son of the late Willard and Phyllis (Tasker) Spencer.

He is survived by:1 son, Tommy Spencer of Monticello, KY; 1 daughter, Tiffini Spencer of Carrollton, KY; 1 step daughter, Deena Moore of Maysville, KY; and 4 grandchildren, Whitney Spencer, Natalie Spencer, and Thomas Spencer, II, and Dylan Caves. He is also survived by: 1 brother, Tom Spencer of Trotwood, OH; and 1 sister, Carolyn McCune of Pots Dam, OH; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 12:30 – 3 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 3 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
