WENDELL FORREST WADE was born May 2, 1919 and departed this life October 29, 2003 reaching the age of 84. He was the son of John B. and Margaret Long Wade.

He was united in marriage to Juanita Robinson who preceded him in death.

He is survived by 2 daughters – Judy Combest of Lexington, KY and Diane Gibson of Louisville, KY, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 1 sister - Margaret Sheryak, along with a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his wife – Juanita, his parents – John and Margaret and one brother - James Gordon Wade.

He was a loving father, grandfather, relative, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation: The family will receive friends Friday, October 30 after 5:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 1 at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
