Obituary
Walter Gray was born August 11, 1938 and departed this life Tuesday, October 13, 2009 reaching the age of 71 years. He was the son of the late William and Alice (Smith) Gray.
He is survived by: 1 son, David Gray of Monticello, KY; 2 daughters, Teresa Gleason of Nancy, KY and Melissa Pollard of Crittenden, KY; 6 grandchildren, David Paul, Allene, and Melissa Gray, Tiffany and Joe Douglas Young, Jr., and Mark Gleason; and 5 great-grandchildren, Melik and Mathias Branham, Emma Shay McGarry, Jayden Young and Mark Gleason. He is also survived by: 1 brother, Henry Gray of Louisville, KY; and 2 sisters, Phyllis Bowman and Barbara Asher both of Bell County, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: 1 brother, Billy Ray Gray.
He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Thursday, October 15th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Friday, October 16th at 2 pm
Interment: Taylor Cemetery
