Walter Eugene Bell was born July 25, 1948 and departed this life Tuesday, September 13, 2022 reaching the age of 74 years. He was the son of the late Raymond "Tom" Ida Mildred (Humble) Bell.

He married Pelba Parmley on January 13, 1968 and to this union two daughters were born.

He is survived by: two daughters, Delisa (Brent) Birchell and Kimberly (Kenny) Ramsey; and four grandchildren, Garion Birchell, Victoria Birchell, Kezia Ramsey and Lydia Ramsey. He is also survived by:  two brothers, Paul (Tammy) Bell and Jerry (Donna) Bell; and one sister, Brenda (Oscar) Branscum; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life, Pelba Bell; and three siblings, Roger, Jackie and Terry Bell.

Walter was a man of strong convictions and faith in the Lord. He never missed an opportunity to share God's word whether preaching, teaching or in casual conversation.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to:  Hospice of Lake Cumberland

A private Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
