Tracy Bell was born December 16, 1957, and departed this life Thursday, January 9, 2025, reaching the age of 67 years. He was the son of the late Obie and Clara (Stringer) Bell.

He is survived by: two sons, Wesley Bell and Obie Bell; one daughter, Lilly Bell; two brothers, Lynn Bell (Sandy) and Danny Bell (Mary Ina); and sister-in-law, Mary Snow; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: one brother, Chadwick Bell.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 13, 2025, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
