Obituary
Tony Blevins was born August 5, 1943 and departed this life Wednesday, June 29, 2011 have reached the age of 67 years. He was the son of the late Cullin & Grace (Parmley) Blevins.
He is survived by: one son, Vance Blevins of Richmond, KY and one brother, Gerald Blevins of Louisville, KY.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Cullin & Grace Blevins; 1 brother, Kenneth Blevins, and one sister, Sara Alta Kaufman.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, July 17, 2011 at 2pm at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
He is survived by: one son, Vance Blevins of Richmond, KY and one brother, Gerald Blevins of Louisville, KY.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Cullin & Grace Blevins; 1 brother, Kenneth Blevins, and one sister, Sara Alta Kaufman.
