Obituary
Tommy Shelton was born May 16, 1960 and departed this life Wednesday,
August 17, 2011 reaching the age of 51. He was the son of the late Robert Coleman and Ruby Hulda (Ferrell) Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife, Sandy Shelton; 3 sons, Darrin (Shawna) Coomer, Garrin Graul, and Isaiah Shelton; 2 daughters, Andrea (Brandon) Tucker and Sarah Shelton (Tyler Morrow); and 7 grandchildren, Austin Shelton, Emily Coomer, Bryson Morrow, Dylan Coomer, Brittany Coomer, Autumn Coomer, and Hannah Coomer. He is also survived by: 4 brothers, Robert, Homer, Amos, and Eugene Shelton; and 3 sisters, Ruby Dean, Marilyn Bell, and Donita Smith; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Robert and Ruby Shelton; and 3 brothers, Sterlie, Ralph, and Troy Shelton.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 20, 2011 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 21, 2011 at 2 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Anson Perkins officiating. Burial will be in New Sandusky Cemetery.
