Thelma Crouch was born February 1, 1944 and departed this life Tuesday, April 15, 2008 reaching the age of 64 years. She was the daughter of the late Harry Oscar Price and Mary Opal Bunch Nichols.

She married Joe Crouch and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by: her husband- Joe Crouch of Monticello, KY, one son- Timothy Andrew Crouch of Monticello, KY, one daughter- Teresa Jo Page of Columbus, OH, and three grandchildren- Preston Lee Page, Lee H. Page, IV, and Scott A. Kelly; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.


Visitation: Thursday, April 17th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Friday, April 18th at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
