Tammy Lynn (Brown) Troxell was born on August 4, 1968 and departed this life on Saturday, January 25, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Sheril Bruce Brown and Glenna Sue (McClain) Brown. On August 20th of 2005 she married Mark Wayne Troxell. She is preceded in death by both of her paternal grandparents, her father, Sheril Brown and one sister Tina Delorse Brown.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Wayne Troxell; her mother, Glenna Sue (McClain) Brown; 4 brothers, Stacy Bruce, Scotty Dale, Christopher Shawn, and Randy Ray Brown; and 1 sister, Margie Ranee Brown. She is also survived by: 2 nieces, Deanna Smith (Husband, Ben) and Beth Neeley (husband, Andrew); 4 uncles, Ronnie, Luther "Bud" McClain (wife, Sharon), Bob McClain, and William Brown; aunt, Brenda McGuire; many great nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
She loved life, cooking for and being with her family, cook-outs, reading the Bible, attending church and spending time with God. She was an animal lover and had 2 large dogs of her own. As much as she loved her family, friends and husband, her #1 love was Jesus Christ. She was saved, baptized, and filled with His precious Holy Ghost and was a member of Living Faith Pentecostal Church. Her main goal for family and friends here is to meet all of you again in Heaven with Jesus!
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home and Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Living Faith Pentecostal Church between 10 am – 1 pm. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 1 pm at the Living Faith Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: American Cancer Society, 1500 College Way, Lexington, KY 40502
