Tammy Simpson was born March 25, 1968 and departed this life Sunday, November 10, 2019 reaching the age of 51 years. She was the daughter of Elmer "Bud" and Jewell (Stinson) Lowe.

In addition to her parents, Bud and Jewell Lowe; she is survived by: her husband, Tim Simpson; one daughter, Latisha Nicole Witherspoon; and two grandchildren. She is also survived by: one brother, Elmer Lowe (Sharon); one sister, Ginger Stinson (Bobby); and two nephews, Brett Lowe and Derrick Stinson; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held November 13, 2019 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Dishman Cemetery.
