Sue Dishman was born October 26, 1966, and departed this life Friday, November 6, 2026, reaching the age of 60 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Grady and Grace (Peavie) Dishman.

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Troxell (wife, Taylor); one sister, Kathy (husband, Dorman) Oakes; two grandchildren, Jaycee Dishman, and Elijah Hancock; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

Sue was a longtime, devoted member of Soul Harbor Church of God. Her love for Jesus was evident in the way she lived her life and cared for others. She had a special love for her grandchildren, who brought her so much joy, and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Sue touched many lives through her kindness, generosity, and loving heart, and her faith in Jesus remained at the center of her life.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 8, 2026, between 5 pm – 8 pm the Soul Harbor Church of God. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 9, 2026, at 11 am at the Soul Harbor Church of God. Burial will be in the Dishman Family Cemetery.
