Stella Mae Bell Ramsey was born May 19th, 1945 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Wednesday, January 29th, 2003, reaching the age of 57 years. She was the daughter of Raymond "Dock" Bell and Della Guffey Bell.

She was united in marriage to Charlie Ramsey on April 4, 1963 and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by two sons-Johnny Ramsey and wife Linda and Charles Ramsey and wife Mary, all of Monticello, KY. She is survived by two step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.

She is also survived by one brother-Donnie Bell and four sisters-Grace Bell, Linda Jones, Shirley Crabtree and Joyce Gregory, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charlie, one sister-Martha Bell and two brothers-Richard Bell and Jack Guffey.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, relative and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Saturday, February 1st in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Sunday, February 2nd, 2003 at 2 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Stop Cemetery.
