Silas Kelsay was born May 10, 1943 and departed this life Saturday, December 12, 2021 reaching the age of 79 years. He was the son of the late Caleb and Etta Mae (Weston) Kelsay.

He is survived by: his brother, Wendell Kelsay; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Caleb and Etta Mae Kelsay, he was preceded in death by one sister, Barbara Jean Kelsay and one brother, Clifford Paul Kelsay.

Graveside services will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 1 pm at at Cabell Grove Cemetery with burial to follow.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to:  Silas Kelsay Memorial Fund, c/o Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home
