Shirley Judy Tigar was born January 21, 1937 and departed this life Friday, July 19, 2019 reaching the age of 82 years. She was the daughter of the late Hager and Louisa (Garner) Parmley.

She is survived by her sisters, Alene Latham and Gladys Horn; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Hager and Louisa Parmley, she was preceded in death by her husband, Al Tigar.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 22, 2019 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Monday, July 22, 2019 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
