Shirley Foster, age 78, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026, at her home in Eminence, KY.
She was born June 11, 1948, in Monticello, KY; she was the daughter of the late Laura Foster Upchurch. She was an only child.
She is survived by two cousins, whom she lived with, Bobby and Susie Troxell. She is also survived by a host of cousins and friends.
There will be no visitation and no public services at Shirley’s request.
