Obituary
Shirley Bridgeman was born January 21, 1939 and departed this life Thursday, September 05, 2013 reaching the age of 74. She was the daughter of the late Herman and Lonia May (Smith) Mounce.
She was united in marriage to Billy Joe Bridgeman and to this union 5 children were born.
She is survived by: 1 son, Joey Bridgeman of Monticello, KY; 3 daughters, Vikki Joslin of Lexington, KY, Cathy Morris, Lori Catron, both of Monticello, KY; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by: 1 sister, Ina Foster of Somerset, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Herman and Lonia Mounce, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Billy Joe Bridgeman; and 1 son, Barry Bridgeman.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 8, 2013 from 11am – 5pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 5pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Catron officiating.
