Obituary
Survivors include a son- Shane Blevins; a daughter- Tammy Barnes; 6 brothers- James Robert, Glen Dale, Kermit, John, David, and Doug Perkins; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 5-8 pm in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be Monday, July 31, 2017, at 1 pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
