Obituary
Seth Parmley was born May 13, 1984 and departed this life Thursday, July 23, 2015 reaching the age of 31 years. He was the son of Keith Parmley and Patty Abbott.
He is survived by: his father, Keith Parmley (Liz); his mother, Patty Abbott; his sister, Leah Bertram (Shane); and his nieces and nephew. He is also survived by his grandmothers, Hazel Parmley and Shirley Abbott; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Glen Parmley and Hoyt Abbott.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 26, 2015 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 27, 2015 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
