Sara Denney was born August 14, 1982 and departed this life Sunday, December 4, 2016 reaching the age of 34 years. She was the daughter of Kenneth Mark Abner and Connie Mae (Mansfield) Russell.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by: her children, Emily Meeks and Hunter Denney; five brothers, Joseph McDermott, Rodney Russell, Matthew Russell, Jesse Russell, and Kenneth Ray Abner; and two sisters, Angela Trieschman and Diana Abner; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 8, 2016 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 9, 2016 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
