Russell Howard Fulton was born March 18, 1961, and departed this life Tuesday, March 25, 2025, reaching the age of 64 years. He was the son of the late Thomas "Buster" and Daisy (Bertram) Fulton.

He is survived by: his wife, Joann Fulton; one daughter, Jennifer Caudill (Christopher); six grandchildren, Andrew Fulton, Matthew Hall (Taylor), Hayden Ball (Jolanne), Haliey Vaughn, Isaiah Lopez, and Noah Hunt; and two great grandchildren, Hadley Ball and Abel Hall. He is also survived by:  five brothers, Thomas, Duke, Todd, Ricky, and Danny Fulton; four sisters, Betty Ferrill, Merry Ramsey, Barbara Hall, and Linda Stringer; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Thomas and Daisy Fulton, he was preceded in death by: one brother, David Fulton.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 31, 2025, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Stop Cemetery.
