Obituary
Ruby Carrender was born November 1, 1952 and departed this life Tuesday, September 20, 2011 reaching the age of 58. She was the daughter of the late John and Sarah (Neeley) Prince.
She is survived by: 3 daughters, Kim Lowe, Misty Garner, and Heather Carrender all of Monticello, KY; and 4 grandchildren. She is also survived by: 1 brother, Billy Joe Prince of Monticello, KY; 1 sister, Anne Acrey of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, John and Sarah Prince, she was preceded in death by: 1 son, Jonathan Carrender; 4 brothers, Jessie, Howard, Lonnie, and Estil Prince; and 1 sister, Mary Sue Prince.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2011 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 1 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Smedley and Bro. Rodney McGinnis officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
