Obituary
Roger Parmley was born December 18, 1956 and departed this life Thursday, February 9, 2012 reaching the age of 55. He was the son of Hazel (Edwards) and the late Glen Parmley.
He was united in marriage to Pam Barnett and to this union 2 children were born.
He is survived by: his wife, Pam Parmley; 1 son, Matthew (Amanda) Parmley; 1 daughter, Rachel (Michael) Dishman; and 4 grandchildren, Draven, Miles, Kaitlyn, and Emily. He is also survived by: his mother, Hazel Parmley; 1 brother, Keith Parmley; and 1 sister, Nancy Carter; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Glen Parmley.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 12, 2012 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 13, 2012 at 11 am at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Dewey Burk and Bro. Koger Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in Parnell Baptist Church Cemetery.
