Robert E. Marlow was born October 29, 1936 and departed this life December 8, 2017 reaching the age of 81 years. He was the son of the late Ulyssa and May Marlow.

He married Janet Lorene Guffey and to this union three children were born.

He is survived by: his wife, Janet Marlow; children, Harold Marlow (Kendrea), Barbara Sue Woolard (Paul), and Phillip Wayne Marlow; grandchildren, Steve Marlow (Michele), Amanda Brannum, and Paula Condreay; and great grandchildren, Jordan, Brayden, Macie, Alex, Zoie, Gabriela, Zackery, and Chase; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: brothers, James, Luke, Jay, William, and Guy; and many nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 11, 2017 between 5 pm – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Old Bethel Church Cemetery.
