Robert Hicks was born February 8, 1969 and departed this life Thursday, October 25, 2018 reaching the age of 48 years. He was the son of the late Charlie and Lula Bell (Piercy) Hicks.

He is survived by: two sons, Charles and Joseph Hicks; four grandchildren, Payten, Charlie, Robert and Kaiden Hicks; and long-time companion, Vickie Hicks.  He is also survived by:  three brothers, Jack, Ted, and Billy Joe Hicks; and two sisters, Gladys Neal and Lois Logan; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 29, 2018 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Taylor's Grove Cemetery.
