Robert Glenn Foster was born November 14, 1958 and departed this life Tuesday, January 1, 2019 reaching the age of 60 years.

He is survived by his loving wife (Twyla Foster), 4 children (Chrissy Jones, Tera Bertram, Josh Carter and Erin Roberts), his parents (Bob and Lois Foster), 4 siblings (Gary, Donnie, Daryll and Diane Parmley) and 8 grandchildren, Seth and Abigail McKinsey, Lauren Collett, Kimie, Destiny, Addison, and Kaity Carter and Camden Roberts.

He is remembered as a man of many talents and known for his contributions to the community. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 3, 2019 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.  Military honors will be performed by our local DAV Chapter 105.
