Robert Dunagan was born November 2, 1934 and departed this life Friday, July 4, 2008 reaching the age of 73 years. He was the son of the late Hulon Dunagan and Beatrice Hammond Dunagan.

He married Mamie Duncan and to this union four children were born.

He is survived by: his wife- Mamie Dunagan of Monticello, KY, one son- Jerry (Sherry) Dunagan of Monticello, KY, three daughters- Tilly (Roger) Slagle of Monticello, KY, Susie (Randy) Cowan of Monticello, KY, and Bobby Jo (Dale Weakley) Decious of Pleasant View, TN, five grandchildren- Casey Slagle, Jonathan Decious, Jessica and Elizabeth Cowan, and Kaitlyn Dunagan, and one great grandchild- Bryce Catron. He is also survived by: three brothers- David Dunagan of McCreary County, Phillip and Curtis Lee Dunagan both of Monticello, KY, and one sister- Sue Coffey of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: one sister- Ruth Barnette.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Service: Monday, July 7th at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
