ROBERT BURNETT was born January 12, 1936 and departed this life February 2, 2005 reaching the age of 69 years. He was the son of Wendell Burnett and Ethel Gregory Burnett.

He is survived by two sons, Lester and Paul Burnett both of Monticello; one daughter, Kathy Pyles of Monticello; 7 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 4 step great grandchildren.

He is also survived by four brothers, Earl Burnett of Indiana, Lyle, Larry, and Kenneth Burnett of Monticello; one sister, Jean Kendrick; and a special friend, Minnie Gregory.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wendell and Ethel Burnett; two brothers, Ray and Roy Burnett; and one sister, Marie Troxell.

He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, friend and relative who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.


Visitation: Friday, Feb. 4 after 5 pm and Saturday, Feb. 5 after 8 am
Funeral Service: Saturday, February 5 at 1 pm
