Obituary
Richard Stowell was born January 18th, 1965 in Frostburg, MD and departed this life Sunday, January 26th, 2003, reaching the age of 38 years. He was the son of Owen Stowell and Kathryn Snyder Stowell.
He was united in marriage to Pamela Ransom Stowell, and to this union two children were born.
He is survived by his wife Pamela, one son-Troy Stowell and one daughter-Jennifer Stowell, all of Monticello, KY. He is also survived by his parents and two sisters-Kathy Wireman of Albany, KY and Brenda Austin of Monticello, KY, along with several relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 11 AM on Thursday, January 30th, 2003 in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be the same day at 1 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
