Richard "Dick" Cook was born December 29, 1940 and departed this life Wednesday, September 29, 2021 reaching the age of 80 years. He was the son of the late John Lewis "Jack" and Alma Reba (Baker) Cook.

He is survived by: his wife, Mary Anne (Glover) Cook; one son, Rick (Mary) Cook; one daughter, Beth Cook; and four grandchildren, Robyn, Jared, Shannon, and Caleb Cook; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 7, 2021 between 5 pm – 7 pm and Friday, October 8, 2021 between noon – 1 pm at the Monticello First Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 at 1 pm at the Monticello First Baptist Church. Burial and graveside service will be Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 12 Noon in the Arlington Memorial Gardens in Cincinnati, OH.

The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to: Gideons International, First Baptist Church Media Ministry, or Evangelism Resources Mission Organization.
