Reta "Waltine" Perdew was born June 8, 1923 and departed this life Monday, June 22, 2009 reaching the age of 86 years. She was the daughter of the late Hubert and Ida (Wallen) Clark.

She was united in marriage to Bro. Joe E. Perdew and to this union 6 children were born.

She is survived by: Jerry (Pat) Perdew and Howard (Carol) Perdew, Sue (Dallas) James, Patricia (Bob) Endicott, and Elaine C. Perdew, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Hubert and Ida Clark, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Bro. Joe E. Perdew and 1 son, Larry Perdew.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service: Thursday, June 25th at 10 am
