Obituary
Ray Edward Puckett was born March 16, 1963 and departed this life Saturday, July 05, 2008 reaching the age of 45 years. He was the son of Bettie Sue Miller and the late Hugh Puckett.
He is survived by: four children- Jessica and Ray Leach of Florida, Cody and Austin Puckett of Kentucky, and four grandchildren. He is also survived by: his mother- Bettie Miller of Monticello, KY, and two brothers- Claude Eugene Puckett and Douglas Wayne Walker Puckett, one step brother- Ray Miller, and three step sisters- Tina Hensley, Susan Stucker, and Becky Sexton; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by: his father- Huge Gene Puckett and his step father- Luther Miller.
He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

at the funeral home.
Visitation: Thursday, July 10th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Friday, July 11th at 10 am
Interment: Roger's Grove Cemetery
