Randall Eugene "Randy" Carrender was born February 10, 1944 and departed this life Tuesday, January 1, 2008 reaching the age of 63 years. He was the son of the late Bob Carrender and Stella Crabtree Carrender.

He is survived by: one son, Randall "Dion" Carrender of Monticello, KY; two daughters, Cynthia Ann Dilamarter of Louisville, KY and Marla Danielle Carrender of Lexington, KY; and three grandchildren, Mary Kate, Callie, and Lilly. He is also survived by four brothers, Bruce, Duke, David, and Kay Carrender; five sisters, Earshal Lowe, Artemis Mikel, Eleanor Bertram, Della Patton, and Yvonne Criswell; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Bob and Stella Carrender; five brothers, Howard, Rex, Hershel Ray, Porter, and Lee Carrender; and two sisters, Isabelle Morris and Priscilla Davis.

He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Service: Friday, January 4th at 9 am
Interment: Mill Springs National Cemetery, Nancy, KY
