Obituary
Ralph James Smith was born May 24, 1938 and departed this life Monday, May 9, 2011 reaching the age of 72. He was the son of the late Millard and Pearl (Wright) Smith.
He is survived by: 1 sister, Esther (Bob) Gieser; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Millard and Pearl Smith, he was preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Robert and Paul Smith; and 2 sisters, Mary Yunt and Elmira Mevalee "Meb" Davis.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 14, 2011 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 15, 2011 at 1:30 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Keith McKim officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
