Obituary
R. B. Tucker was born September 30, 1933 and departed this life Monday, April 06, 2015 reaching the age of 81 years. He was the son of the late Jerry and Bertha (Doss) Tucker.
He is survived by: 1 son, Kenneth Wayne Tucker; 3 grandchildren, Michael Allen Tucker, Bridget Tucker, and Christopher Wayne Tucker; and 5 great grandchildren, Jadon Lemke, Nikolas Tucker, Winston Sanderson, Grayson Tucker, and Wesley Tucker. He is also survived by: sisters, Leadora Lewis, Lois Simpson, and Betty Dishman; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parent, Jerry and Bertha Tucker, he was preceded in death by: 1 son, Allen Keith Tucker; 4 brothers, Bill, Andrew, Eugene, and Frank Tucker.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 after 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Tuttle's Chapel Cemetery.
Full military honors will be performed by our local DAV Chapter 105.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Shriner's Hospital for Children at www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org/
