Obituary
Porter Ray Perkins was born April 21, 1932 and departed this life February 15, 2004 reaching the age of 71. He was the son of Willie Perkins and Lillie Buster Perkins.
He is survived by his long time companion, Earlene Berry; two sons, Bryan Ray Perkins of Cincinnati, OH and Joel Howard Perkins of Monticello, KY; one brother, James Perkins of Las Vegas, NV; two sisters, Alice Hay of Albany, KY and Anne Humble of Greencastle, IN, 2 grandchildren an 1 great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Lillie Perkins; one son, Mark Tracy Perkins; and three brothers, Bill, Charlie, and Jack Perkins.
He was a loving companion, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Tuesday, February 17 after 5 PM
Funeral Service: Wednesday, February 18 at 11 AM
Interment: Ingram Cemetery
