Phillip H. Parmley, born September 7, 1937, passed into eternal life to be with his Savior Jesus Christ on April 12, 2017 after an extended illness.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Ettie Parmley; his son Johnny Parmley; his brothers: Marshall and Martie Parmley and his sisters: Grace Blevins, Esther Parmley, Mimie Rose Guffey and Fannie Rean Humble.
He is survived by his wife Judy; his beloved children: Phillip W. Parmley of Kettering, Ohio and Kelly (Sean) Feldhaus of Waynesville, Ohio; his four grandchildren who were the lights of his life: Marina, Olivia, Nicholas and Samuel Feldhaus. He is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
Visitation will open to family at 11am on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the Parnell Church of God in Parnell, KY. Visitation will open to friends and the public at 12 noon with the service beginning at 2pm.
Brother Danny Lawless will be officiating the service. Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home is serving the family.
Phillip's family would like to thank Grace Hospice, the Hospice of Dayton, his nurses Carrie and Lesa and his aides Claudia and Kristen for their care and comfort. The family would also like to thank the nursing staff at Hillspring Nursing Center of Springboro, Ohio for their exceptional care of Phillip.
