Obituary
Phillip Lee Dishman was born September 21st, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana and departed this life Saturday, September 14th, 2002, reaching the age of 49 years. He was the son of Frank Dishman and Virginia Lynn Dishman.
He was united in marriage to Darla Stephens Dishman.
He is survived by his wife Darla, one son-Ryan Frank Dishman of Indianapolis, IN and two daughters-Melissa Dawn Cowling and Vanessa Deann Stephens, both of Monticello, KY.He is survived by three grandchildren.
He is also survived by his mother-Virginia Dishman, and one sister-Connie Sue Jones of Indianapolis, Indiana, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation: There will be no visitation.
Funeral Service: A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 18th, 2002 at 1 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Burial will be at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Greenwood, Indiana.
