Phillip R. Dick was born September 21, 1960, and departed this life Wednesday, December 04, 2024, reaching the age of 64 years. He was the son of (the late) Cecil and Beulah (Roberts) Dick.

He married Mollie (Sloan) Dick at Mt. Zion Baptist Church on December 21, 1979, and to this union, 3 children were born.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years Mollie (Sloan) Dick; three daughters, Felisha (Gary) Thompson, Lora (James) Barnes, and Rebecca (Josh) Humble; seven grandchildren, Elsie Thompson, Katy, Logan & Macy Barnes; and Dalton, Sydney, & Myra Humble; 2 brothers, Paul (Maxine) Dick & Tim (Tina) Dick; 1 sister, Martha Ballou (Jimmy deceased); 1 sister-in-law, Georgia Dick; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents Cecil and Beulah Dick; sister, Janie Dick, and brother, David Dick.

He was a loving husband, father, papa, relative, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 9, 2024, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. in the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
