Philip Wayne Foley was born November 3, 1963 and departed this life Monday, February 11, 2019 reaching the age of 55 years. He was the son of the late George and Jean (Pogue) Foley.

He is survived by his brothers, Lynn Foley and Gary Foley; sisters, Donna Abbott, Cathy Weston, Betsey Lee Foley, Lisa Harper, Rebecca Mullins, and Jeannie Morrow; and a couple of special children who affectionately called him Papaw, David Michael "Monk" and Kadiance "Pocahontas"; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to is parents, George and Jean Foley, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Foley; and a sister, Sara Belle Upchurch.

Philip had accepted Christ as his Savior several years ago and was a member of Roger's Grove Baptist Church and did not like to miss church.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 16, 2019 between 4 pm – 6 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 6 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
