Penelope Brianna Eve Fulton was born June 22, 2015 and departed this life Thursday, January 7, 2016 reaching the age of 6 months old. She was the daughter of Daniel and Alyssa (Atkinson) Fulton.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Emrah Atkinson; maternal grandparents, Doug & Teresa Atkinson; paternal grandparents, Ricky & Candy Fulton, and Tammy Bowlin: along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 9, 2016 after 5pm and Sunday, January 10th from 12 – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 10, 2016 at 2pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Penelope Fulton Memorial Fund, c/o Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home
