Peggy Ann Shelton was born May14, 1961, and departed this life Tuesday, September 12, 2023 reaching the age of 62 years. She was the daughter of the late Roy and Wilma Ruth (Worley) Buster.

She is survived by: her husband, Danny Shelton; one son, Corey Buster; two daughters, Candy Buster and Jennifer Shelton; and seven grandchildren, Emily Coomer, McKenzie Shelton, Dakota Shelton, Tori Bethann Shelton, Logan James Shelton, Magnolia Nadine Buster, and Colter Hazes Buster; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Roy and Wilma Ruth Buster, she was preceded in death by: one son, Bobby Ray Shelton; one brother, Roy Buster; and two sisters, Brenda Paulette Buster and Lucy Mae Shelton.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 15, 2023 between 12 pm – 3 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, September 15, 2023 at 3 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
