Obituary
Pearlie Mae Barnett was born May 9, 1943 and departed this life Monday, January 31, 2011 reaching the age of 67. She was the daughter of the late Schuyler Tucker, Sr. and Virda Lora (Vaughn) Tucker.
She was united in marriage to Arville Barnett in 1965 and to this union 3 children were born.
She is survived by: 3 sons, Tracy, Shawn, and Chris Barnett; 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. She is also survived by: 2 sisters, Beulah Denney and Zella Stumbauch; 2 brothers, Charlie Tucker and Schuyler Tucker, Jr.; and special friend, Kenneth Barnett; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Schuyler and Virda Tucker, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Arville Barnett; 1 sister, Melvina Coffey; 2 brothers, Calvin and Romer Tucker; and 1 grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 5, 2011 from 1 – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 3 pm at the Upper Turkey Creek Church Cemetery with Bro. Richard Morrow officiating. Burial will be in Upper Turkey Creek Church Cemetery.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to : Pearl Barnett Memorial Fund
