Pauline McCartney was born May 28, 1941 and departed this life Monday, August 30, 2021 reaching the age of 80 years. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Woodrow and Jessie (Roberts) Wilson.

She married Phillip Stephen McCartney on December 19, 1959 and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by: two daughters, Sharon Craig and Tambra McCartney; six grandchildren, Danielle (Leo) Craig-Barnard, Patrick Craig, Candace Menken, Cody (Kaleigh) Menken, Cherish Hill, and Tiara Hollon; and four great-grandchildren, Hannah, Landen, Kaeden, and Zoey Rose. She is also survived by:  five siblings, Irene Helen Wilson (Lawrence) Turner, Jack (Mary) Wilson, Mary Wilson (Chattie – dec.) Bell, Gloria (Boyd "Curly) Watson, and David (Stephanie) Wilson; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Ernest Woodrow and Jessie Wilson, she was preceded in death by one great grandchild, Molly Hannah-Rose.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 3, 2021 between 11:30 am – 12:30 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Graveside services will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 at 1 pm at the Elk Spring Cemetery Shelter. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
