Obituary
Pauline Jones was born August 22, 1926 and departed this life Sunday, June 10, 2012 reaching the age of 85. She was the daughter of the late Elbert and Ollie "Pearl" (Massengale) Lawless.
She was united in marriage to Henry Jones and to this union 5 children were born.
She is survived by: 5 children, David Jones, Gary Jones, Vonda Clark, Sue Slaven, and Linda Marcum; 6 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Elbert and Pearl Lawless, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Henry Jones, 2 brothers, Welby and Edgar Lawless; 4 sisters, Callie Anderson, May Sutton, Audrey Burchette, and Eunice Tallent; and 3 grandchildren.
She loved the Lord and was a devoted member of the Monticello ROC Church of God.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 5 – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 1 pm at the Monticello ROC Church of God with Bro. Johnny Dunbar, Bro. Mark Jordan, and Bro. Danny Lawless officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
