Paul E. Burnett was born February 18, 1931 and departed this life July 6, 2012 reaching the age of 81. He was the son of the late Sherman Dewey and Cora (Dishman) Burnett.

He was united in marriage to Zella "Pauline" Stinson and to this union 2 children were born.

He is survived by: 2 daughters, Brenda Burnett and Debbie Lowe; 1 grandson, Chris Lowe; and 2 great grandchildren, Cody and Emma Lowe; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Sherman and Cora Burnett, he was preceded in death by: his wife, Pauline Burnett.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 8, 2012, from 6 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 9, 2012, at 1 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Corb Hicks officiating. Burial will be in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
